Before You Apply

Applications are reviewed in accordance with the community's Resident Selection Criteria and applicable affordable housing program requirements.

Application Review:
Rental history, credit-related information, household eligibility, and ability to meet rental obligations may be reviewed.

Helpful Note:
A lack of credit history will not automatically disqualify an applicant.

What You'll Need

  • Completed application
  • Photo identification for adult household members
  • Social Security cards, birth certificates, or other accepted documentation
  • Income documentation
  • Bank statements or asset documentation, if applicable

  2. Gather the required documents
  3. Submit everything to the leasing office
  4. Allow time for review and verification

Documents should be current and may need to be dated within 60 days. Alternative forms of verification may be accepted. The leasing office will contact you if additional information is needed.

If approved and an apartment is offered, a $100 holding deposit may be required.
