Before You Apply

Maplewood Apartments offers two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. Applications are reviewed based on leasing requirements, income verification, and household eligibility.

Screening Review:
Credit, rental history, and ability to pay rent are reviewed.

Helpful Note:
Lack of credit history will not automatically disqualify an applicant.

What You'll Need

  • Completed application
  • Valid photo ID
  • Social Security card and/or birth certificate
  • Proof of income
  • Bank statements or asset documentation, if applicable

  3. Submit your application to the office
  4. Allow time for review and verification
